Luxembourg IPv6 Task force Kick-Off MeetingLuxembourg, 8th November 2002 - For immediate release The kick-off meeting of the Luxembourg IPv6 Task Force was held this 8th November 2002. The main players of the Luxembourg Internet scene were either present or represented. Most of them are ready to deploy IPv6 on enterprise networks, where this new protocol could bring both the security and the quality of service. This first meeting has also made clear that this new technology requires adequate training for operators. The next meeting on 7 February 2003 will be able to define a more precise agenda.
